PA Associates Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. collaborated with Islamic Architect Consultancy Engineering on the Movenpick Hotel project in RAK. Our involvement focused on third-party approval for the proposed roof bridge, spanning 36 meters, at the hotel.

The Movenpick Hotel in RAK required a distinctive feature—a roof bridge—that would enhance the overall design and functionality of the property. Our team of structural engineers and designers worked closely with M/s German Steel to develop a robust and visually appealing design for the roof bridge.

During the design phase, our engineers conducted thorough analyses to en- sure the structural integrity and safety of the proposed roof bridge. Factors such as load-bearing capacity, wind loads, and seismic considerations were carefully assessed to ensure the bridge’s stability under various conditions.
