Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with Municipality regulations and high-quality design standards.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Prepare and present comprehensive design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and project reports.
Stay informed about local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure project compliance.
Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design within the UAE.
Proven experience with Dubai Municipality approval processes and regulations.
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Able to handle municipality submissions independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
